Yes, the Mevspace Service Office, Technical Support, and Network Operation Center Mevspace are professional technical support, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our specialists guarantee fast and efficient help (maximum response time is 24 hours). We provide technical support in all aspects of the services offered. Technical Support and Network Operation Center Mevspace mean the security of your data non-stop.

To report a crash or a problem with the service contact admin@mevspace.com. When you report a problem you will receive a ticket number, and we will contact you within 24 hours.

You can test pinging on the IP address from mevspace.com 149.86.224.18 in Mevspace.

Depending on the strength of the attack, we take various steps to do so, including cutting off access to IP addresses and sometimes whole countries. We implement a solution that blocks both volumetric and amplification attacks.

We use two professional server rooms, and a laboratory for development, which ensure the highest quality of service, safety, and optimal technical parameters. The server rooms are professionally protected, equipped with emergency power supply systems, backup connections, early warning systems, and instantaneous notifications information about failures to technical staff. For security reasons, only authorized administrators have access to the server room. The reliability of our services is supervised by a rapid response team group, which ensures the security and smooth operation of servers 24/7. The Mevspace server rooms are the optimal environment for your servers.

Two of the three independent MEVSPACE server rooms used by Mevspace are located in Warsaw at a distance of about 6 km from each other. Apart from the Warsaw agglomeration, we have our own and modern Data Center built of container modules.

It is a service in which the customer receives a secure, dedicated server infrastructure for individual use. VPS Cloud combines high-performance high-end processors with customisable RAM and disk spaces.

Yes, to extend the virtual server with additional CPU, RAM or disks, please write to info@mevspace.com. You can purchase another VPS Cloud yourself via the panel.

The shortest rental period for VPS Cloud is 1 month. We also offer longer periods such as: 3 months, 6 months or a whole year.

Dedicated Server is a physical computer with permanent access to the Internet, completely at your disposal. All parameters can be flexibly defined, including the choice of Windows/Linux operating system.

Dedicated servers are a perfect solution for gamers, professionals, as well as companies offering Internet services - mail, servers, websites. Thanks to the implementation of an unlimited data transfer service, dedicated servers will also be suitable for companies that support: Internet radios, Internet TV, forums, or other demanding applications for which VPS server resources are insufficient.

In the panel for managing dedicated servers, the user can

To administrate dedicated servers the client can additionally use the free KVM service.

Yes. It can be done in following ways:

• The customer buys a license for Windows and installs the new operating system themself, using the KVM console (ordered via panel)
• The customer buys the license key and sends the installation order to info@mevspace.com. An additional fee for the installation will be applied.

For each server it is possible to buy an additional Storage Space service, where you can make your own backup.

The dedicated server can be restarted via management panel after selecting the server where you can check the power status and perform power off/on or hard restart operation.

Yes. Every server has one IPv4 address and one IPv6. More can be bought using the "Buy new" option in the panel.

You can add additional disks, or migrate the server to another configuration. Write to info@mevspace.com if you are interested.

You can pay for Mevspace service using credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Zonda Pay or BitPay.

An electronic invoice is available in the Customer Panel in the Invoices tab.

To do that, you should choose the PayPal payment method available on the list on the pro-forma invoice or directly when making your order.

The billing period is, respectively: month, quarter, half a year or year.

To do this, you need to log in to the Customer Panel, where by clicking on the Invoices tab you can find the electronic versions of your invoices that can be downloaded.

You always receive a proforma invoice in advance depending on the billing period you have:

• 1-month subscription: 21 days before the expiration date
• 3-month subscription: 30 days before the expiration date
• 6-month subscription: 60 days before the expiration date
• 1-year subscription: 60 days before the expiration date

In this situation, we recommend using the option "I don't remember my password", the system will send a link to the e-mail address provided by you during registration, which allows you to set a new password.

Storage Space (space for data storage) is a service that allows sharing of certain disk space dedicated for storing additional data copies. In this service, disk space from Mevspace storage servers is separated for backup of your data. Accessing this data is possible via the following protocols:

• FTP
• sFTP

You define the archiving policy and the number of copies.

By using Storage Space you protect your data. Backup protects from losing important data. By using the Backup Space solution regularly you can restore all of the data stored there before the malfunction.

Snapshot captures data at a given moment, providing access to previous versions. Backup is a copy that allows for complete recovery in case of damage and failure

Yes, our server rooms are protected from unauthorized access by antitheft systems. The server rooms are constantly monitored and only our administrators have access to it. Moreover, servers in our server rooms are secure from power outages.

No, for safety reasons only assigned administrative Mevspace staff have direct access to the server rooms. Yes, if you have a whole rack.
